A refundable $100 security deposit is required with every rental. It is collected at the time payment is made and will be refunded after all rented totes have been returned and inspected.
Totes must be returned empty, reasonably clean, and in the same condition they were received.
Lost, missing, stolen, damaged, or unreturned totes may be charged at $10 per tote and deducted from the security deposit. If damages or missing items exceed the deposit amount, additional charges may apply.
Refunds will be processed after all totes have been returned and inspected.
Rental reservations are not finalized until availability is confirmed, payment has been received, and the rental agreement has been signed.
